Discover the airy elegance of Shetland lace knitting. We'll begin with the basic lace stitches — yarn overs, decreases, nupps — and work through traditional Shetland motifs like Old Shale and Cat's Paw. By the end of this course, you'll have a delicate lace sampler and the skills to read lace charts with confidence.

Materials
Laceweight yarn (at least 400 yards) and US 4 needles. Smooth, light-colored yarn recommended for learning.
